When the next “snowpacalypse” hits and overnight the area becomes buried in snow, and we (the po-lice) are slammed down to priority-1 calls only, I will be interested to see how this plan plays out in practice.

I assume the intent is to depart from the previous plan of letting nature take it’s course…except in West Seattle between the West Seattle bridge and Mayor McCheese’s house…
