On the other hand, given the list of violations, aren't most of those obvious? No refrigerator/cooler (unsafe temperatures), no permit, no wash water. I mean, I don't even work in food, but I've been around long enough to get the basics. If I'm going to pay $9 for a burger, I would like to think the proprietor has a clue what they are doing. Might have been a bad day, though - maybe they didn't have the full setup on inspection day. Then again, I was really disappointed with the quality for the price. Granted, I didn't have the burger.
