Everyone in the community is invited to join Hillman City Business Association (HCBA) in a scavenger hunt for handmade hearts now through Sat., Feb. 13, when neighbors who find the artsy hearts can bring them to HCBA’s Third Annual Town Hall, where they’ll double as raffle tickets to trade for prizes donated by community businesses.
