There is no Safeway parking lot at Rainier and Othello. If the incident took place at the MLK Safeway then it was a long “run” to Aki Kurose. So where did this really take place?
It says M.L.K and Othello.
Unfortunately another one

Why is our neighborhood held up from progessing by a bunch of thug teenagers and young adults? Ridiculous! It is time for the village to come together and do something – ship the kids off to Eastern Washington to work on a ranch, farm etc….
