- Goodwill has tons of costume options that are silly, scary, spooky or sweet. Costume Consultants available every Saturday and Sunday in October from 11 am to 3 pm. Open Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 9 pm, and Sunday, 10 am to 8 pm, 1400 S. Lane St., (206) 860-5711 (North Rainier)
