They are weak because they don't know how to turn a negative situation into a positive one -- in most cultures, this is how you determine who is an adult, and who is a child. Childlike adults are the result of a society that has had its puberty rituals removed and replaced with mindless corporate consumerism, for the purpose of feeding someone else's hunger for money and power. If you want to change men in this society, start publicly humiliating them and announcing their emotional under-development to the planet. Shame has a way of instigating personal growth.
