Casey McNerthney/seattlepi.com:
Earlier this month, I wrote about how Seattle officials had asked that the liquor license for Angie’s Cocktails in South Seattle not be renewed. A state document showed their license would expire on Halloween.
On Oct. 23, Angie’s was issued a temporary permit that lasts through Dec. 31, 2009, Liquor Control Board spokeswoman Anne Radford said. Such permits can be issued until the renewal issue is resolved and allow the licensee to continue to serve spirits, beer and wine. Read more.

I’ve never been carded at the Ale house or Lottie’s
The Ale House and Lottie’s should lose their licenses on the grounds that they’re overpriced, mediocre, and boring beyond all hope. True.
Actually I have never been carded anywhere in Columbia City.
I’ve never been offered crack either, I’m starting to feel left out.
